Data Protection Regulation DSGVO

The protection and security of your personal data is important to us. This website therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian and European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). As a user, you actively agree to data processing in the sense of this declaration by means of the selection field.

This data protection declaration only refers to this website. If you are forwarded to other websites via links on our website, please inform yourself directly on the forwarded website about the respective handling of your data. Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail, or via non-encrypted websites) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
When you place an order via our website, your transmitted or entered data will be checked manually or automatically with the existing data stock for validity and up-to-dateness and, if necessary, compared in order to correct the data stored by us. For this purpose, it may be necessary for our staff to contact you. This is done by e-mail or telephone. The data you enter will be used exclusively for processing the order, handling the registration or for internal marketing purposes; the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted as soon as the respective contract has been fulfilled and there is no longer any legal obligation to store the data.

Links
We check links leaving our website very carefully from an editorial point of view. Nevertheless, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of pages linked to from this website or any other website.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you have provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Personal data
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the processing of the contract without your express consent or without a legal basis. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use. After expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to its further use.
Your personal data, insofar as it is required for the establishment, content or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the execution of the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier in order to deliver the goods.

Credit assessment
As we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of payment on account, we may obtain creditworthiness information about you.

For this purpose, we will forward your personal data (e.g. name and address) to this company. On the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, we will check how high the risk of non-payment is. We make the conclusion of the purchase contract dependent on the result of the creditworthiness check.
